Every token
has its bylaws.

Launch straight into a locked Project X pool, paired with HYPE, a stablecoin, bitcoin or gold. Pick up to eight rules; they are enforced on every swap, and any change waits 24 hours in public and can never make selling harder. Or launch a Strategy, whose fees buy back and burn a token, collect NFTs or accumulate a token and resell it above cost. Tradable from the first block.

§The register

Every token, on the record.

Each entry is a token and the bylaws it was launched with, numbered in the order they were filed. All of them trade on Project X from their first block.

§How it works

Four steps, one transaction

One billion tokens, one locked Project X pool that can't be rugged, tradable everywhere from block one. No code, no team allocation, no tax.

  1. §1

    Name it

Pick a name, a ticker and an image. That's all you need to start.

  2. §2

    Pick a pair

HYPE, a stablecoin, bitcoin or gold. Or let the wheel switch it every few minutes.

  3. §3

    Live on Project X

Your token opens straight into its own Project X pool at a $2.5k market cap. Wallets, bots and aggregators can trade it from the first block.

  4. §4

    Locked forever

The whole supply sits in the pool, locked. Nobody can pull it, not even you. Your rules run on every swap.

§Strategies

Fees with a
standing order.

A Strategy is a token whose trading fees run one programme on chain, set by its creator. Every resale buys back and burns the Strategy token. Anyone can create one on any target; it is never presented as affiliated with that target unless its team confirmed it.

  1. A.

    Token Buyback & Burn

The fees buy a token you name, in its own pool, and destroy it.

Fees → buy the target → burn it

  2. B.

    NFT Floor

The fees buy NFTs of a collection. Each one is then relisted above cost (every sale buys back and burns this token), raffled to holders, or burned.

Fees → buy an NFT → relist, raffle to holders, or burn

  3. C.

    Token Accumulation & Resell

The fees accumulate a token and offer it above its average cost through range orders; every sale buys back and burns this token.

Fees → accumulate the target → sell only above cost + markup → sale buys back and burns

Project X · 2%

Bot-tradable

A 2% pool fee on Project X, the same on buys and sells. Every bot, terminal and aggregator can trade it from the first block.

Uniswap v4 · custom

Custom fees

Your own buy and sell fees, 0 to 10%, charged by a Uniswap v4 hook. No aggregator routes v4 on HyperEVM yet: trades happen on Bylaw and direct v4 integrations.

On both, the protocol takes 10% of the fees and the rest is split between the Strategy's vault and its creator, in the shares the creator chose. The target never changes; settings can be amended with 2 hours of public notice; fees only go down. The vault has no owner and no withdrawal.

§The code

Nineteen clauses.
A token adopts eight.

At launch a creator adopts up to eight of them as the token's bylaws. The token enforces them on every transfer, so every app and bot answers to the same text. An amendment waits 24 hours in public before it applies, and can never make selling harder. Or the creator seals them for good.

Title I, Protection

§1.1Anti-snipe

Caps buys per block and per transaction the moment the token launches.

For a window after launch, all buys in one block share a cap in dollars, and one transaction can buy at most a share of the supply. Bots that pile in at the open hit the cap and their buy fails. It applies to every router and bot, since the token itself checks it. Sells are never touched.

For example

  1. (a)Window: 300 blocks (≈ 5 min)
  2. (b)Cap per block (0 = none): $500
  3. (c)Max per transaction (0 = none): 1% of supply

The creator sets every value at launch. A later change waits 24 hours in public, and a rule that can refuse a sell can only be removed.

§Pairing

Pair it with HYPE.
Or with gold.

Every token names what people buy it with: HYPE, a stablecoin, bitcoin, ether or gold. The creator's share of the fees is paid in that asset, forever.

The pair wheel

A token can also switch pairs on a timer.

The creator lists 2 to 6 pairs and a rhythm, from 5 minutes to a day. When the time is up, anyone can turn the wheel: the locked liquidity is converted and moves to the token's pool against the next pair, at the same value.

  1. HYPElaunch
  2. USDC+15 min
  3. UBTC+30 min
  4. XAUt0+45 min
  5. HYPE+1 h, and round again

Each conversion is checked against an oracle and may lose 3% at most. Rules that hold funds in one asset (pots, referrals, Auto-LP, buybacks) can't be adopted by a wheel token.

Write your token's bylaws.

Name, ticker, image, pair, rules. Or give its fees a job with a Strategy. One transaction, and the terms hold for as long as the pool exists.
